The transport of sea freight is critical to any supply chain process. At NSS, our dedicated transport coordinator oversees the entire transportation process ensuring that logistics are integrated seamlessly.

NSS operates a fleet of dedicated prime movers and trailers handling over 750,000 tonne of break-bulk and 20,000 TEU of containers per annum, across the Gladstone, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns and Weipa Ports.

Within port limits NSS operates a fleet of internal transfer vehicles, capable of transporting up to 65 tonne of freight per trip. We can also provide road train, B-double, light-weight skels, drop deck and low loader trailers, side loader trailers and taut liner trailer configurations for off-port transport and to ensure maximum effectiveness.
